Return & Refund Policy
Dry ice behaves differently from regular products. Please review our conditions before ordering.
Karachi Dryice Return & Refund Policy
1. Dry Ice Characteristics
Dry ice is an unstable product that sublimates (turns into gas) from the moment it is produced.
Complete prevention of sublimation is not possible during transportation without extreme conditions, which are impractical.
Dry ice is hygroscopic and may attract moisture, causing pellets to stick together or form ice blocks, especially in humid conditions.
2. Packaging & Transportation
Small shipments (under 100 kg) are packed in insulated Styrofoam boxes to minimize losses.
A typical 25 kg package may lose around 5 kg within the first 12 hours due to sublimation.
Styrofoam packaging cannot fully prevent moisture ingress or ice formation.
3. Product Guarantee
We guarantee the weight and quality of dry ice at the moment it leaves our premises.
Once the product is dispatched, the risk of deterioration passes to the customer.
Weather, storage conditions during transit, and delivery delays may affect the condition and quantity received.
4. Refunds & Replacements
Returns of dry ice are not accepted due to its unstable nature.
If a package is received more than 24 hours late or in damaged condition, we may:
Reimburse the loss of usable product, or
Send a replacement shipment if none of the material is usable.
Claims must be supported by confirmation from the courier regarding late delivery or damage.
We are not responsible for any consequential losses from partial or complete loss of dry ice during transit.
5. Large Shipments
Large shipments in returnable containers experience lower losses due to better insulation.
All transit loss policies apply equally to these shipments.
6. Customer Support
We welcome feedback and continuously work to improve our services.
