4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in PKR unless stated otherwise.

5. Dispatch & Delivery

• Product weight and condition are verified at the time of dispatch.

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather, traffic, or courier delays.

• Risk transfers to the customer once the product leaves our facility.

6. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

• Returns are not accepted due to the nature of dry ice.
